Logitech Media Keyboard Elite can take quads on the arrows. But that's not a flat keyboard tho. :/

Yea It's not wrong with your computer, it's the keyboard just as EzExAzN says.
If you're on a laptop it can sometimes be hard to find a combination that can take 3-4 keys.
If you play onehanded you can use the keys UHJK, that combination should work on most keyboards.
